Symantec Hosted Services will discontinue the availability of the MessageLabs PartnerNet system
effective March, 1st 2010. Partners currently using MessageLabs PartnerNet to order services and
raise support tickets should now do so within Symantec Hosted Services ClientNet.
The ordering and support functionality in MessageLabs PartnerNet has been moved to Symantec Hosted
Services ClientNet. This provides the ability to order services, raise support tickets and manage
your Symantec Hosted Services clients through one portal with one set of login credentials.
The Partner Order Forms now within ClientNet have been re-designed as part of this migration, with a
focus on improving the ease of use with simple navigation and the ability to upload documents from
your customers. You can now access all pricing information about the Symantec Hosted Services and
get access to information about your existing customers.
