interested in a traditional reseller relationship should consider the Authorized Reseller Program. Partners
interested in taking on first-line support and other service management responsibilities should consider the
Certified Partner Program.
The Authorized Reseller Program easily enables regional and national resellers the ability to sell Symantec
cloud-based services. Partners own the sale and client relationship including billing and Symantec handles
support. Partners must meet minimum training requirements and benefit from a competitive recurring margin
on new contracts, upgrades and renewals.
The Certified Partner Program allows reseller partners to take on additional commitments such as level-one
support and management aspects of providing cloud-based services. Partners must meet sales and technical
support training requirements and other client management related obligations. Partners benefit from
increased margin and opportunities to become their customers trusted advisor.
